Memberships are available exclusively for Aliana_™ residents and their families, and are subject to the rules, regulations and approval procedures of the Houston Golf & Country Club. Please contact the Houstonian Golf & Country Club for approval criteria and pricing inquiries. 100 Memberships are currently available on a first-come, first-serve basis to Aliana_™ residents, and must be obtained either through the resident’s homebuilder or Aliana_™ Development Company. Residents are encouraged to contact their homebuilder or Aliana_™ Development Company about potential Membership possibilities. Memberships are transferable by an Aliana_™ resident to the purchaser of such Aliana_™ resident’s home upon the payment of a transfer fee of $250.
