Aliana® Enhances Portfolio of Homebuilders with addition of Ashton Woods, Highland and Perry Homes

Aliana^® is the newest master-plan community in Fort Bend County, Texas, spanning 2000 acres.  In 2010, Aliana’s Fort Bend County location was ranked No. 5 as fastest growing U.S. County in terms of job growth by Money Magazine, and is situated in the highly-regarded Fort Bend Independent School District.   The community is most recently pleased to announce that Ashton Woods, Highland Homes and Perry Homes have joined the development’s team of builders.

Ashton Woods, the most recent addition to Aliana’s list of builders, will present new homebuyers in the community with quality, superbly-designed, energy efficient homes. The builder will offer its signature Power House Green and Environments for Living™, two programs designed with healthy and comfortable living in mind.

Ashton Woods and Perry Homes are in the process of constructing model homes in the development, and both are scheduled to be completed by the end of April. Highland currently has a 70-foot lot model home available and is building a 50-foot lot model that is due for completion at the end of March.

Aliana continues to provide homebuyers with an artfully woven selection of detailed focused builders from which to choose, including Coventry Homes, J. Patrick, Mercedes, Meritage, Onyx and Plantation Homes.

New Features

Last year, Aliana Development Company announced it would be making changes to the existing land plans for the community by mid April 2011. A new entry is being created along the Grand Parkway with a soaring light tower reminiscent of the early craftsmen style. Like a tapestry, the landscape will have small touches of stone walls that naturally merge into the scenery and plantings woven into the terrain. The landscape plans embrace a street scene that will offer gentle, rolling movement. The developer also announced it will build a new model home village, scheduled to open in the spring of 2012, which will showcase model homes offered by Aliana’s premier team of builders.

Recently, Stone and his team met with the builders to unveil Aliana’s refreshed look - which includes a new brand logo and enhanced website. The builders were given an opportunity to view an upgraded master plan for the community along with artist’s renderings of the new planned entrance off the Grand Parkway and of the model home village. Aliana also presented its planned marketing campaign that includes dynamic outdoor signage and print advertisements to help promote the unique lifestyle the development will offer new residents.
