Aliana Realtor^® incentive program awards top quarterly producer with a trip as well as chance to win a grand prize cruise

Fort Bend County, Texas, April 20, 2011 – David Flory, a veteran real estate professional with Remax in Houston, was the top producer in Aliana^® during the first quarter of 2011, winning a trip to New York City as part of Aliana’s Realtor^® Rewards Program. The program offers Realtors the opportunity to earn additional money and prizes by introducing homebuyers to one of the newest master planned communities in Fort Bend County, Texas.

“Our special incentive program gives Realtors the opportunity to earn rewards for every new home closing they complete at Aliana,” said Linda Kilgore, marketing director for Aliana Development Company. “We are confident that Realtors will immediately recognize the quality homes and lifestyle we offer buyers, and the Realtor Rewards Program is just another way to show our appreciation for their help in growing our community.”

With over 32 years in the industry, Flory is a broker and real estate agent for Remax Professional Group who credits his reputation for excellent customer service for his success. This native of Nebraska made his way to Houston on a motorcycle at the age of 18 years to attend the University of Houston. After graduating from the university, he was accepted to dental school. He decided that working on people’s teeth was not for him and decided to pursue a career in real estate. He has never regretted his decision.

Flory was not only the top producer for the first quarter of this year but was also the top producer in Aliana for 2010. According to Flory, what homebuyers find appealing about Aliana is the wonderful amenities that go along with the community such as the vast greenbelt areas, the swim center, and the tennis facility.

“I was with a couple recently that had looked at homes all over Houston,” said Flory. “They didn't know Aliana existed until I took them out there. After they saw the community, they told me that it was like a piece of Heaven. They liked the back-to-nature feel they got in Aliana and were surprised at the amount of home they got for their money.”

Aliana has established a three-tier rewards program for new home closings for the 2011 calendar year.

During each quarter, the program offers $250 for the first closing, and the amount doubles each time for the second and third closings. For the fourth new home closing, a Realtor receives a one-year Club Membership at The Houstonian Golf and Country Club, a premier establishment in Sugar Land, with access to the recreation, fitness, spa, pool, dining and other social amenities offered by the club (excludes golf course and golf practice facilities). With each additional closing after four, the Realtor will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win the grand prize – a fun-filled cruise – which will be awarded at the end of the year.

The top producer for each quarter of 2011, the Realtor who has the most new home closings during that period, will win an amazing trip to a scenic U.S. destination, including New York City, San Francisco, Denver or Orland/Disney World. In case of a tie, Aliana will award the trip to the producer with the highest dollar amount (within the specified quarter) based on the cumulative home closings. Points will start over each quarter so everyone gets a chance to win a trip.

Finally, Aliana will award a grand prize to each of the overall top four producers, those who have the most new home closings for the period January 1 through December 31, 2011. The tiebreaker will be the highest total dollar amount of cumulative new home closings within the 2011 calendar year.  The developer will also select an additional winner from the Realtors who closed more than four homes during each of the four quarters and were entered in the grand prize drawing. The grand prize will be an exciting cruise for each winner and a guest. The trip will be offered during the first quarter of 2012 with the location and exact dates yet to be announced.
