Aliana to Host Realtor Preview Event on February 28 for New Model Home Village

Fort Bend County, Texas, Jan. 04, 2012 - Aliana, one of the newest master-planned developments in Fort Bend County, will host a special Realtor event on February 28 to preview its new Model Home Village. The preview event will provide Houston-area Realtors with an opportunity to be the first to tour the 11 new model homes - each of which will include a distinctively themed backyard living area - built by roster of premier home builders.

The preview party and tour will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All Realtors touring the model homes will enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres and refreshing beverages as well as have a chance to enter a special drawing to win one of 11 Apple iPad 2s. After the tour, Realtors are invited to the Realtor Rewards after party hosted by Aliana to thank Realtors for their ongoing support and recognize the top producers for 2011.

The official two-weekend grand opening celebration is set for March 3 & 4 and March 10 & 11, 2012. The following is a list of the builders whose homes will be featured in the village along with a description of each home’s themed outdoor living area.
