A Breath of Fresh Air
The immaculate landscaping in each tranquil tree-lined neighborhood has been designed by SWA Group, a world renowned master-planned community and landscape design firm. Over 1,500 specimen trees – some 10 feet tall at planting – have been reintroduced in the first residential phase alone. These include various species of oaks, flowering, and native trees adapted to withstand the weather and insects in the area - making them less likely to be damaged by disease, insects and drought. These reforestation efforts provide natural beauty for the residents and habitat sanctuaries for the local wildlife. In addition to the beauty the trees bring to the area, they help reduce Aliana's™ carbon footprint.
