• 10 miles of hike and bike trails, all landscaped with native flora for lower water consumption will beautify the neighborhoods.
• High standards for water treatment.
• Over 30 acres of wetland shelf plantings to improve the water quality and protect the lake edges.
• Aliana's™ natural resource conservation plan will recycle a significant amount of annual rainfall for on-site irrigation, minimizing the use of fresh water supplies from underground aquifers.

• Aliana's™ reforestation efforts include the replanting of more than 1,000 trees in public parkways and hike and bike trails for carbon rebalancing.
